This week, Jay Dean and Jack Coates, members of our sixth form Year 13 public services class, have led assemblies for Years 7, 8 and 9 to encouraging our pupils to remember those who  died in war, in particular, those who died in World War One.

Video clips opened the assembly before Jay read 'Aftermath' by Siegfried Sassoon and Jack introduced the Last Post and a minute's silence before Reveille.

Pupils were encouraged to remember the bravery and spirit of all soldiers as they left the assembly hall to the 'Colonel Bogey March'.
