This then led to being heavily involved in many improvement projects dealing with quality improvements, efficiency gains and cost saving initiatives. Result of using Lean Principles.

This was the start of the Lean Journey...

Jimmy success continued in future organisations working in heavy industry followed by a spell in the Chemical Sector. Using the same recipe of process improvements, Jimmy was able to reduce quality problems and increase efficiency whilst gaining respect from the workers.
