A huge congratulations to Year 11 students Finn, Luke and Finley who are Barnard Castle Police's latest recipients of the Young Heroes Award.
The trio recently witnessed a road accident and acted quickly by surveying the scene, looking for potential hazards and controlling the traffic. The rider was also suffering from shock so they administered first aid and called for an ambulance.
Finn, Luke and Finley were presented with a certificate and gift voucher each from team members, Liz and Preet. A well deserved award - great job!
