Congratulations to one of our Year 7 students, Finn, who recently took part in his first sailing series -The North East Traveller Series. Finn sailed in a "topper" dinghy which he and his parents have spent time restoring.
In the series, Finn sailed at a number of clubs against different boats and sailors of different abilities. Finn was unable to attend the final race as he was in Albert with the school as part of trips week, however, his score from the previous races put him in second place out of a total of 42 sailors.
