Congratulations to our team of Year 12 students, Sam, Ethan and Holly, who came second in the Royal Society of Chemistry Young Analyst Competition.
Using teamwork and amazing chemistry knowledge, the team managed to win a £75 cash prize which will be used for new books.
A special well done to Sam Arundel who received the highest mark for the chromatography task across the entire competition!
The team had a blast investigating ‘martian’ soil and took part in a wide range of different experiments as part of the competition.
