Year 8 students enjoyed a live-streamed performance of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s ‘Macbeth’ in their school hall on Thursday.
The gripping drama, starring Christopher Ecclestone (of Dr Who fame), helped to bring the text alive for the Year 8 students who are currently studying Macbeth.
The impact of the play has already been seen in the classroom where students applied what they had seen and made suggestions about stagecraft and interpretation.
