Our Year 10W games group have been playing football recently with the girls deciding that they wanted to play the boys and winning the last three games against them. The boys are devastated but the girls are loving it!
The girls are all fully committed to the games and are enjoying getting covered in mud and working hard to make sure that they continue to beat the boys.
The first game finished 1-0 with Evie Peacock scoring the winner. The second game saw more action in the back of the net as the girls pipped the boys 2-1 with Sam Wilson scoring two. Their third game ended in a thrilling 3-2 victory to the girls.
Other girls involved are Cara Weddell, Holly Deere, Katie Fell, Millie Hawcroft and Lucy Dieteran. The boys involved are refusing to named but they know who they are!
We are all looking forward to next week...watch this space to see if the girls can continue their winning streak.
