Congratulations to George Peacock who recently won the Lord Lonsdale Amateur Box Cup 2018, 41kg category held at Lowther Park.
George faced a worthy opponent from Horden in the final where they were evenly matched throughout the fight over three rounds. George took the win on a split decision to be crowned 2018 champion, which he will return to defend next year.
