Congratulations to all the talented students who took part in our brilliant North East Learning Trust summer concert last night at Elvet Methodist church in Durham.
Students from The Academy at Shotton Hall, Easington Academy, Teesdale School and Sixth Form, Browney Academy and Diamond Hall Junior Academy joined forces to put on a spectacular show filled with solos, choirs, bands and more.
Teesdale students sang: Any Dream will do and Benjamin Calypso (from Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat) before joining in with everyone else to sing Rule the World.
The concert is a great example of how students from across the Trust can come together to pool their talents. Thank you to all the staff who have went above and beyond to ensure the concert ran smoothly (even in the boiling heat!).
